The accommodation comprises large living room, large fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, back garden and lots of storage around the house. Excellent location next to Malahide road (1 min walk); close to Tesco, Supervalue, takeaways, Spar, Mace, TCD and DCU. It also has parking in the house and on street. Served by several buses: 27B, 42A/B, 42, 43, 27, 128, 104, 27X (on Malahide) and 20B (ON DOOR STEP!!!). Killester Dart station 15min walk (yes we have walked it). City centre only 15 min away by bus (yes we do it every day).
We are looking for someone to share the house with,
short term accommodation can be arranged but long
